God loves us and his desire for us to live well is expressed in and through His Wisdom. The intention of our curriculum is to teach our students to become wise.
Wisdom is the acquisition of knowledge, craftsmanship and is expressed through good moral living. It is acquired through diligence in study and through thoughtful reflection. A wise person will be resilient in difficulties. They will seek and value different perspectives and therefore will be tolerant of those that are different to them. They will be emotionally intelligent and will able to see themselves as part of a larger whole.
Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you;
love her, and she will watch over you.
The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom.
Though it cost all you have, get understanding.
